I need of a balanced perspective
The podcast is very one sided and in desperate need of a balanced perspective. Additionally, a plan would help make this more impactful. It seems that they are turning on a microphone and just talking. Also, at times, it feels as if this is satire. Comments are extremely offensive and insensitive. Please invite some other folks on to explain why there are many moments of microaggressions and racism. As a small note, you all often talk over each other.
