“The content covered in a lot of these could make for really interesting listens. However, I find the hosts to be mediocre on a good day.
For example, I just listened to one where they repeated called Stephen Hawking “Hawkings”, they literally couldn’t even get his name right once. In the same podcast, they randomly decided to make fun of somebody’s teeth and compared her to a horse when she wasn’t even any sort of focal point.
I know they’re just trying to be funny and edgy but their terrible humor and forced edginess are VERY misplaced.
They come across as unprofessional, not objective in the slightest, very judgy, disrespectful in a LOT of cases and if we’re being honest: downright douchey.
They have so much room for improvement in their delivery and if they ever choose to raise their own bar, this might get more than two stars from me.”
