Well-produced, heart-wrenching, eye opening
Dixit and Mulroy’s podcast offers a deep and contemplate look at the Bhopal gas disaster. They weave together historic narrative and intimate anecdotes to provide a narrowly personal and fine-grain look at one of the greatest tragedies that you may never have heard of, and how the tragedy still continues today decades onwards. Many narratives out there can tell you the historic facts. Far fewer can make you live the experience. it’s worth a listen, along with a deep, long, think.

More reviews of They Knew Which Way to Run
After the first episode I can’t wait for the rest. Storytelling is so well done, the personal nature of the event for Apoorva pulls you in while she and Molly perfectly intertwine other voices.

I really appreciate the storytelling, the interaction and connection between Apoorva and Molly, and the little things like setting the scene so vividly, the background sound effects while people spoke, looking at events from different perspectives.

The stories in They Knew Which Way to Run reveal untold (until now) recounts and recollections that everyone should hear. The themes are ever-present and the subject, the Bhopal gas leak, should absolutely be remembered. Thank you so much to the creators, this podcast is excellent.
