And when and where they don’t, they make sure you know it. The effort to remove the negative influence imposed by implicit bias while still acknowledging that they are susceptible to it is obvious and maybe the best thing about the work they’ve done here. An exceptional perspective on the life (and death) of one of our cultures great icons.

Some elements of this show are really well done, others less so. I think ultimately the topic (MJ) was a little too big and a little too complicated for Leon. Listenable, but not compelling.
