Losing my religion aha moments
I didn’t necessarily want to know why you left, other than trying to make my own stuff make sense and have validation for my own feelings. I am so glad I listened to this episode. It has given me some great things to think about. It has also given me some useful tools for my journey. I also love knowing that you have felt supported and accepted within “the bubble” of Utah culture. Thank you for sharing in such a way to leave the listener feeling positive and empowered.

I have a hard time finding podcasts that engage me, aren’t too heavy, are inspiring and not frivolous. This one manages to balance all those things perfectly. It’s such an easy listen that keeps me coming back for more episodes! Helps you be mentally healthier without making you feel guilty/down!
