Super Bowl Recap: What the Chiefs' win means for the rest of the league
Listen now
Description
Kevin Clark recaps the Super Bowl as the Andy Reid/Patrick Mahomes Chiefs win for the third time. This was the most flawed Mahomes team ever and they still won the Super Bowl. Mahomes is in his MJ Era because he's shaping the careers of his opponents: Josh Allen, Lamar Jackson and now Kyle Shanahan. He is on track for something incredibly special. What does this loss say about Kyle Shanahan? Possibly that he's never had the Quarterback to feel comfortable. The 49ers could have won the Super Bowl with Brock Purdy tonight but Kevin says if the Rams trade for Matthew Stafford taught us anything, it's that you have to get aggressive when the final piece is the Quarterback. Kevin also tackles the Chiefs biggest offseason priority (re-signing Chris Jones) and answers a fan who asks if fans of other AFC teams should just give up. Learn more about your ad choices.
