A once good podcast ruined over the past year.
A once good podcast with balanced views and useful news and information, has been eroded over the last year and turned into successive and repetitive political rants. We know that Simon would like to see all sole directors compensated for lost dividends (not pay), and new businesses without any records lodged compensated for loss of earnings (measured against what? how would you propose the prevention of fraud?). We also know that Simon is upset that he has had his holiday plans scuppered even though he booked in the middle of a pandemic. We know Georgie was very upset that she ‘had’ to elongate her holiday in Spain as she didn’t want to self isolate upon her return. We know that Simon and Georgie are totally against Brexit. Why do we know these things? Because, these, like others, get mentioned over and over. I can’t help but keep wondering if the huge change in attitude earlier this year is down to them individually, or down to bosses pushing a huge political campaign. Maybe one day it will return to the once good podcast, but for now it’s unsubscribe time.
