What is MS? If someone asked you what MS was… would you be able to explain it? Host, Andrea Dunn had no idea what Multiple Sclerosis was until she was diagnosed with it when she was 31 years old.…. Having MS is scary..It’s unpredictable and difficult to explain because you can’t always physically see its impact but Canada has one of the highest rates of multiple sclerosis (MS) in the world, with an estimated 1 in every 385 Canadians living with the disease. While it is most often diagnosed in young adults aged 20 to 49, younger children and older adults are also diagnosed with the disease. You might even have at least have one friend or a family member or someone you know who has it……and yet…. most of us know so little about it we can barely explain what it is.   So Andrea want to try and change all that with this podcast to help you understand this mysterious disease better and help put us on the road to one day finding a cure for it.   More than all of that? much more …..  She wants you to be inspired by the stories about amazing people…. young and old who fight MS every single day and never let it define them….. not even for even a minute.
