“I listened to This Morning with Gordon Deal six days a week for many years and over time, the show has suffered. From gimmicky ‘countdowns’ (“The three things you need to know”) to the “Mike Drop” and awful repetitive commercials (Grainger, Blinkist, Kronos, Michigan), I just cannot listen to this ‘Groundhogs Day’ any longer.
I also question the boast of the show. Several people have referenced its ‘conservative appeal’; however, when your interviewed are from ABC, Politico, Wall Street Journal, etc., I am more inclined to think that you are biased to the left. If you wanted diversity, interview a variety of sources.
Gordon Deal is a good personality and is very interactive on Twitter.”
