One of the Best
This is one of the best introductions to concepts around oneness and mindfulness. It takes a more or less secular, demythologized approach to contemplative spirituality, which makes it suitable for people from various faith traditions or from no faith tradition at all. Because of his own experience with Christianity, Michael Gungor is a great communicator of these concepts to an audience with a particularly Christian background. The episode speaking from the perspective of YHWH might be the most brilliant piece of art Gungor has ever made.

I am in the process of listening to the This book. Great book and well read. Looking for my dog leash to see if there is a dog on it.
