Have you ever had someone take action to show they heard you, whether it was following up or sharing something with you because at one point you mentioned it mattered? Today I want to introduce you to Tareq, Tareq is someone I met and felt as though I had known for years, he is a warm and welcoming soul, something very on par with his culture, he is a man of intention, presence, and value for humanity  We chat what our greatest fears, the way we can misunderstand culture until we know its name and face, and how relationships are among the things we work the hardest for and should be the most proud of  He shares the shift and time in his life that has led and continues to lead him to the man he is today, how he is both terrified and excited to become a father soon, and how life isn’t always what it seems, that hard work and luck aren’t always connected but hard work is always available for us to step into  Tareq is a man that is not afraid to step into hard work, one that values family in ways I believe we each can learn from, and one that listens and creates presence and pause for others to be present in a rare and beautiful way So tune in to day and meet Tareq, a human that no matter the way the world turns gives space for each of us to be reminded of what it is to know and listen to another  And to you Tareq thank you, thank you for your intentional friendship, for your time, for your heart to share your world, your family, and your home with me and my team, for the reminder to listen and that others value doing the same, this world is a better place with you in it @tareqz
