A Fascinating and Dark Look into the Nation of “Nice”
When I think of Canada, I think of smiling people saying “Soorrry” while carrying hockey sticks, not of murder and corruption. The narrator, Ryan McMahon, brings you into the story by telling you about his personal connection to the city of Thunder Bay. His voice was made for this kind of narration: deep and tremulous at times. He makes you want to learn more - you feel compelled to not only listen, but to help resolve the problems that prompted the team to make this podcast. The listeners are further brought into the story with an eye witness recounting a vicious and grizzly scene. And that is only the first episode.
