As Poppy showers, Tora receives a call. IT'S GOLIATH. Tora is in shock and asks him where he is. Goliath says he's in Malibu, but it's clear he's very far away and in a dingy jail cell. He looks out the window and sees the incoming dawn. We can all guess what that means. Tora wants to come get him, but all Goliath wants to do is say he's sorry. He is moved to learn that Tora came to get him that day that he called. We flashback to Tora's memory of how Goliath ratted him out and got him imprisoned in return for a clear record and wishful thinking. He visits Tora in jail and is completely oblivious and unrepentant. Years later, he comes to pick up Tora, very far removed from the clean civilian lawyer he said he would be.
