“I have been looking for resource information that seems exactly on topic to this podcast. I have listened to five or six of them so far hoping to be able to find information and resources that would be helpful. Unfortunately I have determined that they really don’t start talking about the topic until 10 to 12 minutes into the podcast. At that point in time, the discussions are very superficial and don’t offer much depth. On the podcast about fathers, it was 20 minutes into the podcast before we started hearing any advice on how to act or things to consider. Ultimately, the entire podcast seemed to be focused on getting fathers to understand that their role in a child’s development is important. However, if your dad listening to this podcast you’re probably already there and thus I wasted o we half an hour listening listening.
On the ADHD on nutrition, I listened intently to the entire podcast and only heard at a high level that iron, zinc and magnesium are important for ADHD. The speaker has amazing knowledge and has done substantial research, but we did not get any of it other than a quick reference to look at her website or read their book. They missed a great opportunity to have a substantive discussion.
This site has the potential to be a wonderful resource for us parents helping out differently wired kids. I hope that they find a way to reach that potential.”
