Tim Chaisson is a singer, songwriter in the Canadian folk band, "The East Pointers". Tim and his band mates, Jake Charron and Koady Chaisson, won a Juno Award for their debut album, "Secret Victory" in 2015 I'm honoured to share my conversation with Tim Chaisson in this episode of the podcast. We talk about the challenges of being vulnerable and authentic as an artist while steering clear of drugs and alcohol, the history of two of my favourite East Pointers songs and the power of music to shift your internal state.
