“I’ve been listening to Mick and Mark’s podcast for the last while from Ireland. I started with Season 2 and worked my way back to Season 1. I didn’t have any insight in to the Australian justice system previously and it’s got me thinking about our own here in Ireland. I am blown away by the work that Rebuild does with the young people in Australia and I’d love to find out more about what we do here in Ireland and if there’s an opportunity for businesses to get involved in a similar way in this country. Listening to the stories of the young people had me captivated and at time in tears. Some of the stories were so relatable and it really got me thinking about my life as a young person and how on any given day with a bit of bad luck, I and my friends could have landed in some sticky situations and had a very different outcome. This podcast has definitely taught me to be more thoughtful and less judgemental of our young people. Hopefully my own kids will benefit from that ;). I’m really looking forward to the next instalment of Time to Rebuild with Mick and Mark. It’s a great podcast and Mick and Mark are a funny and engaging duo. They bounce off each other really well and give listeners content which is thought provoking, funny, at times tearful but inspirational & educational too. Good luck with the next season lads 😊 I can’t wait to listen to more!”
