“As a household Mandarin speaker and story lover who needs to improve my vocabulary before visiting Mom in Taiwan, I really love this podcast. However, when I joined as a Patreon I was hoping for transcripts (as promised at $5 level), but then was locked out of MOST story transcripts and was prompted to level up at $7 per month. I don’t mind spending more money, but I don’t like it when I was promised a product at the $5 level then denied that product. Additionally, I was hoping to organize my learning through the patreon membership, but the patreon page and the website are both so disorganized and many portions are locked. So terrible so confusing. After hours of trying to make sense of the sites I gave up. Too bad. What a waste of my time!!”
