I really wanted to enjoy this, but aside from the episode just generally moving too slowly IMO, I feel like there were way too many instances of “omg why did this happen it doesn’t make sense!” from one of the hosts (that the other would then disprove) that just seemed awkward - also was pretty bummed out by the suggestion of skipping expensive IVF by going out to a bar to become knowingly pregnant without the other party’s consent (Ep. 1) Just my own thoughts though, this one is not for me, despite me being a huge L 29;: love/hater. I wish the hosts success with their venture.

I can’t think of two more perfect people to discuss The L Word. Such a great first episode! Can’t wait to rewatch along side this podcast.

I mostly love this podcast. I agree with everyone else on feeling like I’m hanging out with them while they’re just talking. But sometimes Riese talks over Kristin to go off on tangent-jokes or sing made up songs that just aren’t for me. Other than that, love.
