Jesus, our ultimate example of servant leadership, has shown us that greatness is found in humble service and selfless sacrifice. Servant leaders place the needs of others before their own. They lead with compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to uplift and empower the people they serve. Instead of seeking to be served, they willingly serve others, pouring out their time, talents, and resources for the well-being of the team or community.
