One of my favorite things I get to do a couple times a year is to share at chapel service for Pastor David Jeremiah at Christian Unified Schools in El Cajon, CA. I’m always honored to speak to the students and love connecting with them. Recently, not only did I have the opportunity to speak to them, I also had the honor to sign & handout over 700 of my “Get Your Mind Right” books to each of the students. That’s what I call IMPACT!    This week’s podcast episode stems from the chapel I did for all the students that’s called “We are in a Crisis of Belief.” It stems from a tremendous devotional I’ve been reading called, “Experiencing God.” In it, one of the lessons is called the title of this week’s podcast as it really resonates. Here are the 5 main-points I share on today’s IMPACT SHOW podcast:   1. A Turning Point. When God tells me what He wants to do through me, I will face a crisis of belief. The way you live your life is a testimony to what you believe about God. And when God tells you what He wants to do through you, you will face a crisis of belief.    2. Encounters with God Require Faith. Faith is confidence that what God has promised or said will come to pass. Obedience indicates faith in God.    3. Encounters with God are God-Sized. Our world is not seeing God because we are not attempting anything that only God can do. Let the world watch God at work, and He will attract people to Himself. God is far more concerned with your walking with Him than He is interested in getting a job done for Him.   4. What You Do Reveals What You Believe. What you DO reveals what you believe about God, regardless of what you say.    5. True Faith Requires Action. Faith without action is dead. God has planned something far better for people of faith than the world has to offer. Don’t grow weary in being faithful. A reward awaits faithful servants.
