Lessons and teachers come to us in unexpected ways and when we are open to them. I’ve only listened to a few of Todd‘s podcasts and just listened to “Chasing Greatness”. In every one, I get a couple of nuggets to nibble on. Today was “You aren’t as good as you think you are, or as bad as you think you are”, and the importance of visualization. Whether you are an athlete or just want some positive vibes and motivation to be the best you, highly recommend you listen.

I can’t believe it, after 40 years in fitness, I’m Hooked on Todd’s IMPACT podcast... thank goodness I’ve sweat my share at the premier gym, Fitness Quest 10... to better relate to Todd’s positivity vibe. Todd is the best in our industry so kick back, absorb and enjoy.

I follow Todd for a while even when it’s at a fitness conference, as part of his Mastermind group or having the pleasure to talking to him in person, he always bring the best of you and his personality it’s inspiring and contagious. Great podcast and refreshing content!!
