Great podcast about Japanese Pen Culture
The hosts are entertaining and very knowledgeable about Japanese pens and inks. They cover the pens themselves as well as the goings on at Japanese pen companies and smaller artisan makers. They also talk about aspects of Japanese life that offer a glimpse into a different world. If you like to keep up to date about the latest Japanese, Chinese, and Taiwanese pens, from high-end and custom makers to inexpensive pens, this podcast is a great listen. They also talk about exotic nibs such as cross point grinds, and somewhat enigmatic characters such as Wagner pen club leader Mori-san and nib master Nagahara.

I’m running a Swedish online stationery store, selling only japanese items. This podcast is invaluable to me, providing great insights directly from Japan, in a format that even a beginner can listen to. Thank you for making my work both more easy and more fun! Robin, Komadori
