I got out for the walk before I realized it was still actively drizzling. I went anyway.

I didn’t need the parka this morning and I didn’t have much to say. Talked a bit about Random Penguin House and why I think they’re missing the boat, a reality that I’m grateful for.

I need to cultivate some, including the walk. I talked too much about it.

Talked about yesterday’s dentist visit. Waxed rhapsodic over Nongshim Shin ramen and burning the living heck out of my mouth but it was ooohh so good. Also The Sad Bastard Cookbook (which Amazon seems to have taken umbrage over).

I managed to get my boots on and get out there again. Cold, below freezing, but not terrible. I rambled while I rambled. Talked about what I’ve been doing for the last month or so.

Crappy looking morning out there. Mostly cloudy. I took a picture with the sunrise in it, but it’s just a glowy cloud through the trees. I talked a lot today. Musta had some stuff saved up.

I got my lunch and realized it was mostly sunny, 50F, and no significant wind. I strapped on the boots and took a spin around the neighborhood. Didn’t talk about much. Which is on brand, I guess.

Yeah. It’s been too long since I touched grass, apparently. I talked about Factorio, Ark Survival Evolved, and life on the beach.

The metaphorical beach that I’ve been lounging on for the last couple of weeks. I figured I needed to get out and see if I remembered how to walk.

First sub-freezing morning of the season. Snow in the forecast. I probably should have put on my rain gear and walked when it was a balmy 42F. Talked about Bob and Nikki, Factorio, and the leaves.

I’ve had a lot of coffee this morning. That might be obvious. I talked a little about reading ConFusion and too much about playing Factorio.

Talked a bit about the new machine, what I’m reading, and a little about the Cat.

I talked about the migration from the old to the new machines. The file sharing issues may be a thing I’m imaging. Mostly I talked about bandwidth and how much I like having more of it.

A balmy 44F this morning and I talked about the new computers a lot. Also the need to take the rest of this quarter to begin scoping out next year and preparing the path forward.

I managed to get out in the frosty morning after too long of being indoors. I also got my new computer so I’ll have fun getting that set up. I talked about it and about why I’m walking on Saturday.

Really nice morning after a string of drab ones. Talked about getting rid of the old computers, playing Factorio and Eve Online, and FOMO.

The technical fires seem to be out. I’ve cleared away at least some of the rubble and can start thinking again. Perhaps now I can act instead of re-acting. Medical people seemed pleased.
