“Annie is unlikable and annoyingly uncanny here. I feel like there’s way too much agenda pointed toward humanizing big tech and tech tycoons by modern amazing this while I appreciate the modernization..
I find It irritatingly smug to have Annie be basically a YouTuber and more irritated with the unseen characters who were fans of her in this fictional world.
The other orphans felt better developed and I did like Pepper’s character the most.
The worst part of the story is the theme music.
It’s contributing to the dull soulless machine of mainstream music sound.
This whole story is made to help normalize consumerism even more. But go off pigs about how much you love Annie because of “memories” you never had in the first place but wanted to insert your experiences.
Not for me I guess, but at the same time, I’ve listened to it as far as it’s gone so far.
