TONKOCAST: Amanda Jones, Lou Hamou-Lhadj & Andrew Coats of Borrowed Time
Listen now
Description
Our Tonkocast #4 guests are the filmmakers behind the award winning and Oscar nominated animated short, Borrowed Time. Amanda Jones, Lou Hamou-Lhadj and Andrew Coats were our colleagues at Pixar and Blue Sky. They took a similar path in creating an independent animated short film while working at Pixar as we did with The Dam Keeper. Sharing the experience of how hard it is to actually "FINISH" an independent project while working full time we discussed in depth how the Borrowed Time production was able to be completed. We truly look forward to their next career paths after this giant achievement.
