“But now it’s just insufferable. Scott (and Kara) are out of their depth when they discuss global affairs, but Scott seems to think he has insight on worldly matters because he’s rich and travels. He is incredibly tribalistic and militaristic in reference to Palestine and Ukraine. You’d think the military were cutting this guy a check. Both hosts are arrogant, but Scott is just a slime ball lately. Scott and Kara should take their own advice and get some second opinions on some of the things they say, especially in regards to inequality, poverty, etc… unfortunately, they’re so deeply impressed with people who’ve made money that it’s tough to listen to them. At their best, Scott and kara help me feel patriotic and informed on tech, at their worst, the show is held hostage by Scott’s random self-important favorite opinions and Kara’s self promotion.”
