“In the latest episode you mentioned British listeners - well, I am British, and I listen! I enjoy the sarcasm and riffs between the presenters. Sometimes the cultural references are a little bit of a stretch for me but I still enjoy the show. Gilligan’s Island, for example, is outwith my viewing experience but I know of its existence and would mentally group it with programmes (shows) like Gentle Ben, Flipper or Huckleberry Finn. A kind of gaudy, non-intellectually challenging Technicolor sixties show. Also a big Smiths fan but not so happy with Morrissey’s Proud Boy leanings. Anyway, just wanted to say I enjoy the show. I’m female, 49, high pressure job and love to pick up trivia nuggets from shows like this. Thank you!”
