“With the exception of a particular episode on a very tragic event in Dallas, I think you ladies have an awesome podcast. However in reference to this particular episode, there are two other parties who might be trying to move forward with their lives and although I agree with the fact that we are responsible for our own actions. I think they ever single person has made mistakes, taken wrong paths or has had to heal from an extremely painful experience or loss. That being said, the event that occurred will forever impact all parties. If I were apart of the family, that has likely spent years to figure out how to cope and I stumbled upon such a candid account I would be devastated. Also, the child mentioned would no longer be an infant and pre-teens (or even younger) have access to social media. That child could easily hear this, children are so impressionable so please take this all into consideration and truly think about cutting certain details or removing the episode all together. No matter others opinions this will forever have an impact on the families directly involved and I think it could seriously damage healing and growth for both. I am in no way trying to minimize what happened, the magnitude or impact it had on Katy or on anyone for that matter, I truly cannot imagine. My only request is that you also consider the damage it could bring to those also healing and force them to relive a past that I know they have not forgotten. That being said I think you girls have a great station and I hope this is not received negatively.”
