Very helpful for my mental health
As a person who has struggled with mental health issues my entire life, I have to say that this podcast really helps me get into focus whenever I’m feeling dark or if I begin to spiral. Violet is all the things I need in my life. She is funny, brutally honest, and just all around helpful. In her episode titled “we’re all going to die” (may not be exact title name) She spoke about feeling guilty about an instance with her grandmother when she was a teenager and not taking the phone to speak with her because she was busy at the time. Two weeks later her grandmother had passed away. She carried that guilt with her her entire life but she eventually learned to forgive herself. She spoke about parenting and how there is no manual on how to do it the perfect way. All things I needed to hear at this moment in my life. She helped push me into getting a therapist to help me with my issues and I don’t feel ashamed about it. Thank you Violet. I listened to her latest podcast today right before I started work and it helped me get on the right track to feeling positive. Highly recommend.

The first listen was 9 ways to get over a guy. It happen to be the same week I suddenly needed to get over a guy. It was the first time I laughed, genuinely, in a long time. She’s so funny, honest, and relatable. Loving it and her!
