“Ok now I know I’m pretty picky when it comes to podcasts. I have a high bar. And so far this podcast seems to have everything, good suspense, slow build up, but something seemed off... I only made it half way though episode 2 when it hit me like a ton of bricks. There is no ambient noise. Oh there’s sound effects for action, climbing stairs, dirt under feet sometimes that sort of thing. What it is missing is that there isn’t an ambient soundscape. When he says “it was night time” you don’t hear the sounds of nighttime woods, you just hear... nothing. It’s like a stew without salt. Sure it’s good but it’s not enjoyable. And once you notice it’s missing it’s painfully obvious.”

Anyone giving it a 1 star because of “politics” needs to be for real... move along if you don’t like the politics but to give it one star is unfair and absurd.”
