Meaningful and inspiring
I came across Sam after Googling high protein meals, which led me to his IG and then his podcasts. Both his IG content and this podcast are so educational and have inspired me to better my own health. On every podcast episode, I learn something new, broken down into reasonable and actionable steps. Sam interviews different health coaches, which is so helpful in hearing other perspectives (and adding more inspiring content to my IG feed). He is eloquent and inspiring and seems to build others up and genuinely care about their health. I am so happy I found this podcast. It is by far my favorite, and I look forward to season 2.

Sams content really hits home! He gives great insight on Fat Loss, overall health and nutrition. His guests have been great too! Love that it feels like you are part of the conversation not just being “talked at” Can’t wait to listen more!

This is by far the best information I’ve heard on this topic put all together in one place. Sam takes you through the topic in a clear way, explains everything and offers realistic action steps. I’m bookmarking this to listen to again and will be sharing with my fitness community.
