But this is about growing and making sure you're developing your communication and leadership skills and that would happen to everyone." Amha: "One of the best tips I got is that if you can't explain an idea so that a 6-year old can understand it, then you don't understand your own idea." Amha: "I'm used to being very hands-on and well just let me do it myself. But that's now you lead. You lead by empowering people in those positions and then giving them the space to shine." Mahesh: "As long as you have the mindset, Toastmasters has these projects and the pathways that has been designed to meet all your needs."
