Description
On this episode of the Traxion.GG podcast we are joined by Morris Hebecker, CEO and Co-founder of new sim racing platform RENNSPORT. In this interview hear confirmation that the latter feature is not an NFT or blockchain-based venture and how you will be able to play an early build of this game sooner rather than later. Think of it as a brand new driving game that simulates racing, aiming to be the next Assetto Corsa Competizione or RaceRoom Racing Experience. It is unique, however, built by a new studio using proprietary handling models mixed with Unreal Engine 5. It’s PC-only for now, with a targeted release date before the end of 2023 including ranked online racing and VR support. The platform will also try to deliver a fresh take on racing esports through an ESL partnership, while simultaneously offering some form of mod marketplace, allowing content creators to earn revenue.
