The CFL hit the mark when they suspended Chad Kelly a minimum of nine games for violating its gender-based violence policy. Missing the mark was the Argonauts decision to allow their QB to attend rookie camp. 3DownNation's Justin Dunk was on the Sportsline Podcast with host Bubba O'Neil today and believes the Argos culture is in question after allowing Kelly to take the field.
