The nutrition based information has proved to be so insightful. Out of my learning through this podcast, I have lost over 8 lbs in about 2 months by reducing carbs. In effect I was over eating carbs. Now I carb load prior to long workouts while minimizing carbs otherwise. Feel tons better all around and the results speak for themselves.
