On the morning of November 1, 2007, the lifeless body of Charlene Ward, aged 46, was discovered in the residence she shared with her daughter. There had been a party there the night before, that went on until the early hours of the morning. A shocking arrest was made 10 years after her body was found, but still to this day, no charges have been laid and this homicide remains unresolved.
