“This is a well produced podcast - they have found some great stories. But the format of the narrator interrupting every couple of minutes to repeat what we just heard and then ask “what would YOU do” is deeply irritating. You have mostly retired spies telling their stories with humility and honesty and to have it disrupted with this bizarre gimmick does rather detract.”
