Here for Helen
I’m a big fan of this podcast, especially Helen of course, but I’ve noticed that Catherine’s tone has been increasingly challenging to listen to. Her righteousness and the way she attempts to shame Helen and the guests for not meeting her standards in terms of cleanliness, mental health awareness, or intelligence can be really off putting. It’s ironic that while she aims to be considerate of various mental health perspectives and celebrate differences (which is commendable), it often comes across as belittling and borderline bullying towards anyone who doesn’t conform to her very specific expectations

Love this podcast, currently blitzing through them as fast as possible. Rude, crude, sexy, mad, random, occasionally helpful. Just bloody listen and 😉 enjoy!

I have genuinely never laughed so much at a podcast in so long. Not only are Helen and Catherine hilarious, but they are also full of wisdom and kindness that truly make my day better.
