So, so.
I listened to this podcast for the first year or so, but ultimately got turned off. Big props to these guys for churning out regular content on the Quetico-Superior, but I found some of the advice suspect, an aimless and rambling vibe, and a few shows entirely unlistenable...just blathering on about campsite ratings with shoes full on boxed wine. If one is to highlight aspects of history/ecology of the area, get some expert guests in from time to time. The Geology episode was all over the place and sounded like a bad book recital. The advice that folks only need to learn to paddle on one side of the canoe was laughable. I don’t know, not my cup of tea, even though I like pale ales, pizza rolls, and lakers through the ice. When the Patron/commercialization of the B-dub experience ramped up, I checked out.

Listening to this podcast is a great fun way to look forward to paddling the BWCA! I hope to see you guys up there one day. Keep up the work, especially as it relates to the message of protecting the area against mining interests.
