Welcome back and Happy New Year! I thought the most relevant way to kickstart the new year was to talk about something, that I think, we all struggle with - being scared of doing things you really want to do. Whether it's imposter syndrome or the fear of social judgment, we're too self-critical of our interests and are scared to put ourselves out there. And while this is a limiting thinking pattern, it's also completely normal!
