Crosshair had one last option. The disgraced Admiral Rampart, who is being held at the Imperial Labour Camp on Erebus. He was the one who sent Nala Se to Tantiss and knows its location. Enlisting the help of Phee Genoa, the Bad Batch intercept Rampart but he will only give them the information if they get him off the planet. Following a battle with the imperial ground forces they extract Rampart. After leaving the planet he reveals no one knows the route to Tantiss and that's how it was created. But he might just have a way around that. Meanwhile back at the Tantiss labs, Dr Karr confirms that Omega is a key part of the solution to Project Necromancer, and Dr Hemlock brings her to her new permanent home in The Vault with the other specimens.
