Who makes a better public speaker – an introvert, extrovert or ambivert? Most would likely think that the answer is the extrovert. The extrovert by nature is more comfortable with crowds and doesn’t hesitate to take the microphone. Introverts on the other hand prefer alone time and introspection. When considering defining these, consider the concept of energy and how you get energized. Extroverts are energized being around people, whereas introverts are energized by being alone or in small groups.
