Fluctuations in weight are incredibly common with Lyme disease and invisible illness in general. Between food allergies, various medications, and inflammation, weight is another thing out of our control. While highlighting the importance of healthy nutrition, they discuss the challenges of adhering to a “diet” plan and how disordered eating habits can easily creep in.
