“I really like this show. It’s the best English based wine podcast, and therefore the best wine podcast as many of the US based ones I don’t find relevant.
It’s a quirky format of Chris’s own news, wine news and then and interview
His extensive knowledge comes across and the wine news (Well presented by Jane), is always interesting and interspersed with his opinion of it. Which I really like. He’s optioned and he should be and the show is all the better for it.
There’s been feedback about he should stick to wine and not talk about what he’s doing or his training. But I think it adds another dimension to the show and humanises the podcast. (As some who does - some- ultra running - I enjoy it.)
