Women Speaking Up IS Christianity
Women were the first ones to announce that Jesus rose from the dead. The religion you say you are about hinges on WOMEN TALKING. Women sharing the “good news.” That, to quote NT Wright, is not a flash in the pan. That is the beginning. Women knowing. Women boldly speaking up and telling men, “No, you’re wrong. I know what happened.” Dale is a continuation of the curse, not the gospel. But whenever you want to honestly change, there is so much love and goodness on the other side. Humility and willingness to learn from all is clear through all of Jesus’s ministry. So when you want to drop the hate, come on over. And for gosh sakes, leave the people with dogs alone. Did you know that some people take their dogs AND their kids to the dog parks? And that dog parks are lovely, protected green spaces in cities where humans can glimpse the beauty of God’s creation like flowers and trees? It’s true!
