waste of time
These ladies should not be giving advice on ultra running. They arent even trail runners. They sound like they just went from road running to fire road running. They probably dont even know what a fire road is. Especially when they have an episode about Coyotes. They sound like total rookies. Real ultra runners run in the mountains at least once a week Unless you run in the mountains you are not an Ultra runner. You are just a long distance runner. Ultra runners know how to pernounce Coyotes and know that they are not harmul. In the mountains there are more than just Coyotes. They have mountain lions and bears. This podcast would be great if they renamed it "transitioning to ultra running" or" learing to be a ultra runner". Please dont give advice when you have no clue what you are even talking about.
