Honesty and compassion; personal growth facilitated
GuruNischan is skilled in asking the uncomfortable questions while compassionately challenging beliefs. Her podcast creates a space for sharing, support and witnessing each other. These podcasts have brought a lot of peace to me on my journey of leaving 3HO/KRI. The recurring themes and abusive techniques revealed in each person’s stories can leave me incredulous but they help cut through the gaslighting and brainwashing. I believe the space GuruNischan creates will continue to help others see the spiritual abuse for what it is. If you are questioning your role in perpetuating Kundalini Yoga and (3HO) Sikh dharma, I invite you to listen with an open heart. I encourage you to be brave. After Guruganesha Singh listening update: this episode was a very healing experience for me and I finally grieved for the community I left behind in Espanola. I’m very grateful that there are elders who are willing to support people in this way. I’m still seeking out cult abuse counseling due to the encouragement GN shares each episode. Thank you GN for all you have given.
