With everything going on in the world, being silent is simply not an option. As an ally, I feel that it's my duty to educate, listen, and take action. I recently gathered past members of TIPPS--a non-profit retreat I host every year for young adults, geared towards helping them find personal breakthroughs--and sparked a conversation around #blacklivesmatter, social media, and what our retreat is all bout.
