“I am very proud of the progress she has made so far. I love that she sticks to the theme of this podcast, which is to uplift while we are working towards becoming a better version of ourselves. The only con I give it is that sometimes I wish she would be a little less exaggerated during her affirmation segment. I can hardly understand what the affirmation is supposed to be because of all the lip popping theatrics. Now I know this is classic Tamar, but just for that segment, please get the affirmation out and then express your thoughts on it.”
