“The podcast is ok, but you lose me when you say Scott Peterson is innocent. This guy had an amazing original defense team. All the supposed “evidence” that he is innocent comes from *him*. He says she was wearing the blue pajamas, etc. I have lived in Modesto all my life and I have followed this case religiously. He was a desperate man who offed his wife at the last possible moment before he would be stuck with a kid for 18 years. Y’all are needlessly hurting a lovely family (Rocha) with this skewed view. If he is innocent, why can’t he produce the cement rounds he manufactured in his secret boat storage? Because Lacey was wearing them when she washed up!”
